Daily calibrations on medical equipment, daily checklist along with daily stocking of medical supplies, translation if needed. 

set up follow-up appointments. 

Verify and note with all outgoing testing for many different couriers to send outs and documentation of inventory. 

Perform patient intake, including vital signs, medical history, and documentation in EMR systems. 

Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient preparation. 

Administer injections, vaccines, medications (per provider direction), and perform EKGs and LA specimen collection. 

Handle phone triage, messages, and administrative support tasks.  

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical safety standards.
