Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other clinical procedures.

• Document patient care, observations, and interventions accurately in the EMR.

• Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, feeding, mobility, and hygiene.

• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Maintain a safe and clean environment following infection control standards.

• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

• Educate patients and families on care instructions when appropriate.

• Participate in care planning and patient assessments as directed.
