Bill Rate: $90/hr + $2,500 completion bonus through Oct 15th to qualify for the bonus Bonus will not apply if the start date is delayed due to credentialing or licensing Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking Please ensure start dates align with license status at submission, and include license status in the submission
