responsibilities as well as overseeing three Johnson County ICF Homes. Responsibilities include tracking monthly MARS, Doctor’s
orders and all clinical changes. I assist with the processing of Incident reports and Medication errors. Checking in and dispensing
monthly cycle medications. I also assist with monthly on-site clinics, Vital signs, ICF nursing audits and staff in-services. In addition to
updating a weekly ER/Hospital Report, Medication Consents and on-going concern logs to our On-call RN.

As directed by overseeing RN for each IRA; Follow-up on health issues and any needed communications. Attend assigned
appointments, meetings and training. Request labs, x-rays and any needed medical reports for charts and for scanning into the system.
Perform any needed and/or scheduled assigned nursing treatments or care. Monitor medical supplies for assigned IRA’s, find
competitive pricing and submit PO’s accordingly. Provide Staff guidance and education with RN as well as ongoing review of vital sign
skills. Perform Medication Audits at assigned IRA’s, per schedule. Complete monthly medication passes at assigned IRA’s. Complete
weekly MAR reviews for assigned sites and follow-up on any concerns through communication to specific IRA’s RN, management
and staff.
