ENT Coverage dates:

• 9/13 - 9/21
• 10/12 - 10/19

• Schedule

• Mondays – Fridays the provider will be in clinic 8a – 5p plus take night call via pager. While in the clinic, they will also be “on call” for any consults in the hospital

• On Weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) they will have 24 hour call to include 4 hours gratis • Will accept truly BE (within 3 years of residency) or Board Certified – will not accept non-boarded providers

• The client noted that this locum will NOT have to handle any significant facial traumas – this will be covering mainly general ENT

• Patient volume: 16 patients per day in clinic – may do a day in the OR for scheduled surgical cases. While on call, patient calls and call backs are minimal

• Locums must be able to see both adult and pediatric patients – please make sure you screen for this

• Support staff: 1 RN, 2 LPN’s, 2 registration specialists, audiologists

• EMR: Epic

• Credentialing timeline: 45 days typically but can expedite the process and shorten the timeframe to 3 weeks.

• Will accept IMLC or licensure candidates (Please note that if you are presenting a licensure candidate without an IMLC, we cannot present that candidate)

• No pending malpractice cases and no bad background.

Expenses:

Flight cap is $1200.00. No upgrade requests

Rental car: Use AVIS: Daily max $55 standard Car up to $300/wk SUV require pre-approval

Standard rooms Use contracted hotels: Springhill Suites Staybridge Hampton Inn La Quinta

Rates:

Weekdays:

Weeknight Call: $920 (no gratis)

Callback: $690/hr

Weekends:

24-hour Call (to include 4 gratis hours): $3,800

Callback: $690/hr
