PT Needed for Inpatient, Outpatient, LTCC, and Home Health

ABOUT: Physical therapy position that covers primarily inpatient and outpatient. 

SHIFT: Monday - Friday with weekend rotation (just Saturday).   

EMR: EPIC, Net Health, PCC, Maestro

MILEAGE: .52 per mile but the expectation is to use the home health cars
